For an annual fee of $249 for a family(up to 4 immediate family members) plan or $99 for a single plan
you are entitled to A FREE ANNUAL EXAM and X-rays. In addition, you receive 30% OFF all preventive services and fillings, 20% OFF all major work such as crowns and dentures and finally 15% OFF conventional Braces and 10% OFF Invisalign procedures.
