Office Manager/Financial Coordinator

Effie is our indispensable multi-talented veteran of 25 years who manages our day to day office operations. She does it all from greeting patients, dealing with vendors, wrangling with the insurance companies, and keeping our doctors happy. When she is not in the office, Effie enjoys cooking, gardening, reading, and spending time with her family and friends. 

Karen Pinelli

Scheduling Coordinator

Karen is the new smiling face in our reception area. Karen has an extensive background in customer service and human resources. She is a longtime adult volunteer with local Boy Scout Troop 32 of Glenview. Karen has resided in Northbrook for the past 24 years.
